Tori teaches the Deep Stretch class. She offers poses to stretch the body, then cues you to bring breath into the pose. We target hip tightness, sciatica and headaches with appropriate poses, but It isn’t until we add the breath to the pose that we feel the ease in the body. Michael Schwartz has been researching, practicing, and teaching human locomotion for over forty years after graduating from the University of Michigan. His work covers athletic performance enhancement, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention and rehabilitation. Michael has created multiple group exercise class formats, taught physical education, worked with small groups and personal clients, trained and certified other instructors, and coached multiple athletic teams.

She sees patients in an urgent care setting in Portland, Maine, and also works with patients and clients privately through her practice, Medicine Within, offering a variety of approaches to health and wellness through acupuncture, yoga, myofascial work and guided meditation. Amy also founded Riverbend Yoga and Meditation Studio in Yarmouth, ME, and leads workshops both locally and around the world with Yoga Medicine.
